Our products begin their journey from our headquarters in vibrant Hong Kong.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Had a change of heart? Drop us an email at helloazento@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate. But remember, once it's out the door, it's on its way to you!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We're all about convenience here at Azento, so we gladly accept all major credit cards. (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

 

When will my order be processed?

Sit tight! We're hard at work processing your orders between Monday and Friday. They'll be packaged up with care and shipped out within 1-3 business days. During the busy times like holidays and sales, just bear with us a little longer.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

With so many items to send out, it might take up to 2 weeks for your items to reach you. Hang in there, its worth the wait!

 

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't made its grand entrance within 30 days after shipping, don't worry! You're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

 

Will I be charged with customs or taxes?

Just a heads up, your local customs office might sneak in some import taxes, duties, and fees once your package lands. Keep an eye out!
